Sandra studied music at the Philadelphia College of Performing Arts. She lived in Berlin, Germany for seven years where she was engaged at Theater des Westens, performing extensively in Musicals and Operetta. In the U.S., she toured nationally with Man of La Mancha (Aldonza) and Carousel (Mrs. Mullin), and appeared in the Off Broadway musical Mamaleh. Sandra has also performed in many regional theaters. Favorite roles include: Desiree in A Little Night Music, Nettie in Carousel, and Marguerite in The Scarlet Pimpernel. Recent roles include: Lynn Fontanne in Ten Chimneys, Violet in Suddenly Last Summer, and Amelia in The Children’s Hour. She has also directed over forty operas for The Delaware Valley Opera Company, Center City Opera, Boheme Opera New Jersey, and the New York Metro Vocal Arts Ensemble.
