Support Wolf PAC through the EITC Program
Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program
An Easy Way to Allocate Your PA Tax Dollars To Wolf PAC!
What is EITC and why participate?
The Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program is a fantastic initiative in Pennsylvania that allows individuals to contribute to educational organizations and receive tax credits in return.
By participating in the EITC Program, you:
Receive Tax Benefits: Your contributions are a 90% credit on your state tax return and 10% deduction on your federal tax returns.
Support Local Education: Your contributions help fund scholarships and educational programs for children.
Make an Impact: You’re playing a crucial role in strengthening your community and ensuring students have access to the arts.
Boiled down to dollars and cents: Up to 90% of your PA taxes can be redirected to become a donation to Wolf PAC!

We know, it sounds too good to be real. But it is, we promise! It is a very simple process:
Decide to which eligible organization(s) you want to donate. You can exclusively choose Wolf PAC or split your donation with Wolf PAC and any eligible tuition-based school (pre-k through 12th grade) in Pennsylvania that is also close to your heart.
Tell Wolf PAC – “I’m in!” We will then direct you to our partner organization, The Central Pennsylvania Scholarship Fund, and they will send you a simple one-page form to fill out stating that you would like to direct all or some of your Pennsylvania tax contribution to Wolf PAC.
You will receive a record back, mailed to you by March 15th of the following year, that you can hand directly to your accountant. It states that you get a 90% PA tax credit at your next filing. This means that 90% of the amount you owe in PA taxes will be credited back to you, so you don’t have to pay it to the state.
In the fall, you will be asked to make your contribution! You will write a check for the estimated amount you committed to on your one-page form, send it off to be processed, and then it comes back to Wolf PAC as a donation!
Lastly, make sure to keep a record of your donation for tax purposes. You’ll need proof of your contribution when filing your taxes, because 90% of the amount you gave will be considered as already paid. Added bonus: the remaining 10% that was not forgiven can be used as a write-off on your federal taxes!
Let’s give an example:
Suzy Sunshine owes $10,000 in PA state taxes. She decides to donate to Wolf PAC via the EITC program. She tells Wolf PAC she’s in! She is connected to our partner organization where she fills out a form to opt into the program. In the fall, she receives notification that it is time to make her donation. Suzy excitedly writes a check for the $10,000 she owes in taxes and sends it off: she feels great because Wolf PAC is going to use that money to further its mission! At tax season, she gives her accountant the form that says she donated via the EITC program and that 90% of her PA taxes should be considered paid. Suzy now only owes $1,000 in PA taxes. So, for $1,000, Suzy made a $10,000 donation to Wolf PAC. Yay for Suzy!
